The Harlem Globetrotters: M&S Bank Arena: 15th April 2025

If you want to see basketball skills and tricks that will blow your mind, then no one else but the Harlem Globetrotters will do.

Incredibly, this team of basketball stuntmen and women have been impressing audiences since 1926, so their 2025 World Tour will mark almost 100 years since they started.

They are coming to Liverpool’s M and S Bank Arena on the 15th of April, and it looks to be a brilliant evening.

Renowned for pushing the boundaries of basketball entertainment, audience members will be treated to some extreme basketball innovation, artful athleticism, and a whole evening of fun. I’m talking about expert ball handling skills, trick shots, jokes and gags, audience involvement, speed dribbling, slam dunking, and all supported by the Harlem Globetrotter’s official DJ.

Of course, the main event is the epic showdown between the Globetrotters and their worthy foil, the Washington Generals. It’s as much a circus act as it is a game of basketball, but it’s massively entertaining as players pull each others shorts down, try to show each other up, and of course, the Globetrotters ultimately win the game.

The Generals have been touring with the Globetrotters for decades, and have only ever won once – and that wasn’t supposed to happen.

As you can tell, there is absolutely loads packed into this show, but it’s only in town for one night.
