Peter Kay at M&S Bank Arena – 20th September 2025

Peter Kay at M&S Bank Arena – 20th September 2025

It’s been a long time coming, but Peter Kay finally has a new show! Well, he’s been touring it sporadically for years, but it’s his first in a very long time, and it’s soon coming to an end.

The Bolton born funny man was away far too long for my liking, so it’s great to see him back on the road, and the next stop on his tour is the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool where he will be performing for one night only on the 20th of September 2025.

I don’t need to tell you about Peter Kay. He is a living comedy legend, bursting onto the scene in the late 90s and early 2000s with his Top of the Tower and Bolton Albert Halls specials, before going on to write and star in hit shows like Phoenix Nights, Max and Paddy, and Car Share. He was once voted the funniest man alive, and anyone who can turn the words “garlic bread” into a legendary comedy catchphrase is worthy of that title in my book.

His latest tour is already record-breaking, and he has had to add loads more dates due to extraordinary demand, so you just know it’s going to have you laughing your head off.

Tickets and Prices

Peter Kay Live on Stage

Tickets will be hard to come by for this gig, believe me, so it’s a case of grab ’em if you can get ’em. This could quite possibly be your last chance to see Peter Kay live. He might have extended this tour into 2026, but given his habit of disappearing off the face of the earth, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him retire again after this.

Anyway, tickets, if you can get them, are priced as follows including fees:

  • £74.70
  • £58.20
  • £41.70

There is also a ‘Best Seats’ package which gets you the best seats, obviously, as well as a program, a VIP laminated lanyard, and a limited edition gift. It costs £151.45, though. I’m not sure doubling the price of a ticket and throwing in a program and a lanyard is worth it, but you might.

Peter Kay has said he has tried to keep the prices as low as possible since times are so hard at the moment, and to be fair, the regular priced tickets aren’t that expensive comparatively.

It’s a 15+ show, so no little ones are permitted, and tickets are the same price whatever your age. The show starts at 8:00pm, but I cannot confirm whether or not the buffet will be open.
