Creamfields – 22nd-25th August 2024

Creamfields – 22nd-25th August 2024

Although Creamfields now takes place in Daresbury, Cheshire, it was held in Liverpool from 1999-2005. For many of us, it still feels like Liverpool’s own music festival. And let’s face it, it’s only moved down the road.

This year it runs from the 22nd-25th August, and as one of the UK’s most anticipated electronic music festivals, it is sure to be a highlight for music fans.

Headliners and big name artists include:

  • Calvin Harris
  • Chasing Status
  • Fatboy Slim
  • Scooter
  • Example
  • Tiësto
  • Pete Tong
  • Eric Prydz
  • Barry Can’t Swim
  • Charlotte de Witte
  • Eats Everything
  • Eliza Rose
  • Peggy Gou
  • Solardo

Feeling the FOMO yet? I am.

An expected 70,000 people are going to show up throughout the event, promising an electric atmosphere with absolutely loads to see and do, official merchandise to buy, and of course plenty of places to get something to eat and drink.

Although it might cost a small fortune for a burger and a pint!

There’s an app you can download to keep up with what’s happening and when, but good luck finding somewhere to plug in your phone. Take a power bank if you have one would be my advice.

Tickets and Camping

Creamfields 2024 Lineup

There are loads of different options when it comes to buying tickets.

You can go for anything from 1 day to the whole festival, and there are Standard, Silver and Gold versions of each ticket too.

Here’s the price range:

  • 1 Day – £75-£175
  • 2 Days – £180-£340
  • 3 Days – £270-£390
  • 4 Days – £290-£430

There will be a small booking fee on top, and some options even have a way to spread the cost.

There are luxury camping options available if you are a bit of a wimp (I’m not really judging, I would if I could afford it), including cabins, so you don’t have to slum it.

Those pitching a tent can turn up and claim their camping spot any time from noon on Thursday the 22nd August, but the music won’t start until midday on Friday.

If you’re keen on being one of the first in line, remember it’s a bank holiday weekend so leave plenty of time for your journey.
